Settings

Open Settings after entering the MPIN. Standalone accounts see a License card at the top.

License

The card shows the current status and the expiry date. On a free trial the date is labelled Trial ends.

Status	What you see
Free trial	Trial end date and Activate now
Trial expired or Expired	Expiry date and Activate now
Active	Expiry date only

Activate now opens the same Razorpay checkout as the license screen. After payment, the one-year key is emailed, applied on this phone, and the card updates to Active. A paid license that has not expired does not show the button.

Company ERPNext logins do not use this card.

User manual

In About, tap User manual. It opens the online guide in the phone browser.

Camera

Camera Permission must stay allowed. If it is off, Android will not show the attendance camera. Use Open Settings on the permission prompt to turn it back on.

Punch behaviour

Setting	Purpose
IN Device	This phone only marks check-in
OUT Device	This phone only marks check-out
BOTH (Auto Toggle)	Alternates IN and OUT
Auto Mark Attendance	Marks as soon as the face matches
Notifications	Attendance reminders. Also required for the LAN server

The LAN server uses a separate notification. Allow it when you enable Local Network Display. See LAN display.

Storage

Action	Purpose
Storage Info	Face photo count, size, and folder
Cleanup Data	Remove unused face photos

Face photos stay inside the app. They are not stored with All files access.
