Face attendance

The home screen is the camera. An enrolled face is recognised and attendance is marked.

Device mode

Open Settings and choose how this phone marks punches:

Mode	What it does
IN Device	Check-in only
OUT Device	Check-out only
BOTH (Auto Toggle)	Alternates IN and OUT

Use two phones when one door is entry and another is exit. Use BOTH when one phone handles both.

Mark a punch

1. Keep the camera facing the person, in clear light, one face in frame.
2. When the face matches an enrolled employee, attendance is marked.
3. Auto Mark Attendance in Settings, when on, marks the punch as soon as the face is recognised.

If a face is not recognised

• The employee needs face photos. See Employees.
• Ask them to face the camera and remove a cap or heavy backlight.
• Confirm you are signed into the correct Client Code.

Leave the camera

Enter the MPIN to open the employee list or settings.
