Terms and Conditions — Bizsency

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bizsency mobile application (“App”) provided by C9InfoTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using Bizsency, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

Bizsency is a business mobile application that connects authorized users to their organization’s workspace for operations such as billing, sales, inventory, customers, reports, notifications, and related business functions.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

• Bizsency is intended for authorized business users only, not for personal or consumer entertainment use.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement and use business software in your jurisdiction.
• Access is provided through credentials and a client/workspace code issued by your organization.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify your organization administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bizsency on your personal or company-issued Android device solely for your organization’s authorized business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App or access to it
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Bypass security, access controls, or usage limits
• Interfere with servers, networks, or other users of the service

4. Acceptable Use

When using Bizsency, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information required for sign-in and business operations
• Use the App only for legitimate business activities approved by your organization
• Comply with applicable laws, including tax, GST, invoicing, and data protection requirements
• Respect the rights of your organization, customers, employees, and third parties

We and your organization may suspend or restrict access if these rules are violated.

5. Business Data and Your Responsibility

Business records displayed, created, or updated through Bizsency are managed in connection with your organization’s workspace. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all data before relying on it, including invoices, quotations, stock figures, tax details, e-invoice/e-way bill information, and reports.

The App is a tool to assist your work. It does not replace professional judgment, internal approvals, statutory compliance checks, or your organization’s official accounting and operational controls.

6. Disclaimer — Use at Your Own Risk

Bizsency is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of displayed business data
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Compatibility with every device, network, or third-party system

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C9InfoTech, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and your organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Bizsency, including but not limited to:

• Financial loss, loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, or goodwill
• Penalties, fines, or compliance failures related to tax, GST, billing, or regulatory matters
• Errors, omissions, delays, or corruption in data transmission or synchronization
• Actions or decisions you take based on information shown in the App
• Device issues, network outages, maintenance downtime, or third-party service failures

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid to us specifically for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if the App was provided free of charge.

For important financial, legal, or compliance decisions, always verify information through your organization’s authorized administrators and official records.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C9InfoTech and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, unauthorized access, or breach of applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Bizsency, including its name, logo, design, software, and content made available by C9InfoTech, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.

Business data belonging to your organization remains the property of your organization or its respective owners.

10. App Updates, Changes, and Availability

• We may release updates, enhancements, or bug fixes at any time.
• Some features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
• We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or compatible with all devices or OS versions.
• Continued use after an update may require acceptance of updated Terms or system requirements.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party platforms such as Google Play, device sharing tools, or your organization’s hosted systems. We are not responsible for third-party services, their policies, or their availability.

12. Termination and Suspension

Your access may be suspended or terminated by your organization or by us if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the App at any time by logging out and uninstalling it.

Sections that by nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

13. Privacy

Your use of Bizsency is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App, your organization, or our website where appropriate. Continued use of Bizsency after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
