Frequently asked questions
Does attendance work without internet?
Yes. Face matching and punches run on the device. Internet is needed for the first sign-in, license check, and payment.
What is the LAN kiosk webpage?
Turn on Local Network Display in Settings. On the same Wi-Fi, open the phone’s IP in a browser to see punches, employees, and reports. Default login is admin / admin — change it after the first sign-in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New Attendance accounts get a 7-day free trial. After that, activate with Razorpay from the license screen or Settings.
