Bizsency is a business mobile app that connects to your organization’s workspace to help you manage billing, sales, inventory, customers, reports, and related business operations. The App is intended for authorized business users only.

2.1 Information you provide

When you sign in, we may collect:

• Client / workspace code
• Username or email address
• Password (used only to authenticate; not stored on the device after login)
• Profile and account details returned from your organization’s server (such as name, email, employee details, and role information)

2.2 Business data

When you use the App, business information may be accessed, displayed, created, or updated through your organization’s server, including:

• Customers and contacts
• Items and inventory
• Sales invoices, quotations, and related documents
• GST, e-invoice, and e-way bill data
• Reports and exports
• Notifications and dashboard information

This data belongs to your organization and is processed on its behalf through the connected workspace.

2.3 Information stored on your device

To keep you signed in and improve your experience, the App may store locally on your device:

• Session and authentication details
• Cached menu and app settings
• Shortcut preferences
• App version check date
• Temporary files created when generating or sharing PDFs, reports, or exports

2.4 Photos and media

If you upload or attach item images, the App may access your device camera or photo gallery only when you choose that action. Images are sent to your organization’s server for business use.

2.5 Information we do not collect

Bizsency does not:

• Sell your personal data
• Use third-party advertising networks
• Collect data for unrelated marketing purposes
• Track your precise location
• Access your contacts, SMS, or call logs

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Sync business data with your organization’s workspace
• Generate and share invoices, quotations, and report exports

• With your organization’s server — to operate Bizsency features you use
• With your chosen apps — when you share PDFs, reports, or files using Android’s share feature

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Login and business data are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Some session data is stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
• You can remove local app data by logging out or uninstalling the App.
• Your organization controls business data stored on its server.

While we use reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bizsency is provided as a business tool to help you manage operations. You use the App at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all business, billing, tax, inventory, and financial information before relying on it or acting upon it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C9InfoTech and your organization shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, penalty, or financial harm arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Errors, delays, or interruptions in data sync, connectivity, or app availability
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated invoices, reports, GST, e-invoice, or e-way bill information
• Business decisions, transactions, or actions taken based on information shown in the App
• Loss of revenue, profit, data, or goodwill connected with App usage

Nothing in this policy limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law. For critical financial or compliance matters, always confirm details through your organization’s official records and authorized administrators.

10. Children’s Privacy

Bizsency is a business application and is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

Your data may be processed on servers operated by C9InfoTech or your organization. By using the App, you consent to such processing in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
